Description

The main objective of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with a service provider. The Contracting Authority needs an agreement for ongoing excavation works/laying of water and sewage pipelines as well as work on internal roads and ground works/outdoor works. Tenderers must have sufficient personnel capacity for the assignment, and must be able to document updated competence, breadth in machinery, and contingency for rush assignments. The Contracting Authority expects to be a prioritised customer for the contractor signing the agreement. ROAF needs a framework agreement for excavation works that include work at all recycling stations, disposal sites, fully-automated sorting plants for household waste, gas and pump housing, as well as other buildings and installations owned and operated by Nedre Romerike.
