Modification Notice Original description: Derby Homes' entered into a formal agreement for the purchase of Clothing and Protective Footwear for 9 years (2016 to 2025), divided as follows: - Operatives Work Wear - Corporate Work Wear - Protective Footwear Details contained within Tender Documents Description of the modifications Proposed new contract end date of 23/06/2028 Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances: Uncertainty of 'Derby Homes' branding in relation to super council review, having longer with the current provider will allow us to manage existing stock that has been logo'd and work to run down stock as we know more about the future following the review. It is noted that the Contract still has available value.
