Description

The project includes the renewal of roof sheeting and wall cladding, alterations to structural steelwork, insulation to all external walls, new windows and external doors, replacement of the rainwater goods, reconfiguration of some rooms with associated replacement/addition of internal doors and partitions, renewal of sanitary ware and toilet cubicles, new stainless steel kitchen units and worktops, replacement of vinyl flooring to some rooms and of the hardwood flooring to the main hall, new air to air heating, solar PV panels and battery storage, renewal of light fittings and upgrading of the electrical installation, construction of a small windbreak at the front door and full redecoration. External works will comprise the clearing and levelling of an area to the rear of the hall to accommodate a container.
