Turnkey Contract - Dælenenga Multi-purpose Hall

Kultur- og idrettsbygg Oslo KF (KID) is the contracting authority for the construction of the new multi-purpose hall at Dælenenga sports ground in the Grünerløkka district in Oslo. There is a need to procure a turnkey contract for the implementation of the assignment. The project includes demolition of the existing clubhouse, and erection of a new facility consisting of a full scale multi-purpose hall and the associated outdoor areas. Lot 1: Kultur- og idrettsbygg Oslo KF (KID) [the Municipal Undertaking for Culture and Sports Facilities, Oslo] is the builder for construction of a new multi-purpose hall at Dælenenga stadium in the district. There is a need to procure a turnkey contract for the implementation of the assignment. The project includes demolition of the existing clubhouse, and erection of a new facility consisting of a full scale multi-purpose hall and the associated outdoor areas. The project primarily consists of: • Demolition of the existing clubhouse and associated structures • Erection of a new multi-purpose hall that includes: o Games hall 45x25m including safety zone, changing room and a grandstand. o Support functions: vestibule/reception, offices, meeting room, gym, technical room etc. o Areas for Martial Arts o Clubhouse, changing room facility and storage for Grüner Allianseidrettslag/Fotballen • Development of outdoor areas for leisure and activity Otherwise, refer to the tender documentation and requirement specification. A tender inspection was held for this contract. Tenderers were also invited to inspect the site themselves (cadastral no. 227/title no. 353). Tender inspections were held: * week 26, Monday 28 June, 10:00 - 12:00 * week 33, Monday 16 August, 10:00 - 12:00.
