whg has a requirement for Occupational Health Services for our colleagues. \r \r The supplier must be able to travel to our main office in Walsall and colleagues must also be able to travel locally to clinic locations the supplier recommends. The supplier must not charge for travel to our offices.\r \r The contract will include the following provided by appropriately qualified staff:\r • Occupational Health assessments and referrals - nurse/physician\r • Physiotherapy\r • Counselling\r • Consultant reports\r • Ill Health Retirement (IHR) reports\r • Stress audits\r • Dyslexia Assessment\r • Ergonomic Assessment\r • Wellbeing Clinic\r • Hand Arm Vibration (HAVS) Assessment\r • On-site health surveillance assessments \r • On-site health check clinic days (30-minute appointments).\r • Absence reporting and recording service (optional we are in contract until 31/03/2025)\r \r The booking process is to be managed by the supplier with a reminder service to reduce no shows.\r We require a secure online portal to make referrals and view reports. \r \r Please see the tender portal for full tender documents.
