Description
The EIB undertakes the selection of the investment manager on behalf of the Consortium of European Development Finance institutions. The objective of the Fund is to foster the development and scaling up of green bond markets in emerging and developing countries (‘EMDEs’ or ‘Partner Countries’), to mobilise private capital at scale and channel it towards EMDE countries’ green projects and green infrastructures.
