Building Management System (BMS) Servicing and Maintenance Contract

Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust is entering into a contract for servicing and maintenance of its building management system (BMS) that controls and monitors its mechanical and electrical equipment such as: power systems, HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning), lighting, fire protection, and security systems. Lot 1: In recent years, the functionality of BMS’s has evolved to include energy efficiency and sustainability. It is for this reason, the Trust embarked on a project to roll out a new Schneider BMS across its estate as part of the Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme (PSDS).<br/><br/>This project is currently ongoing and is estimated to be completed sometime during the 2nd half of 2024.<br/><br/>The Trust intends to conduct a procurement exercise of a new contract for servicing and maintenance of its various BMS systems (Schneider EcoStruxure, Trend and Andover Continuum) to commence post-completion of the PSDS project.<br/><br/>It is intended the tender for this contract will be advertised on the Government's Find a Tender service during Q1/Q2 2024.<br/><br/><br/>The Trust therefore has entered into a contract directly with Schneider Electric Limited until November 2024 to facilitate conclusion of both the abovementioned PSDS and procurement projects.
