The Atlantic Technological University proposes to award a Single Operator Framework Agreement under 3 Lots for a service concession for the provision of Photography and Framing Services for the University’s Conferring Ceremonies at its various Conferring Ceremonies and locations throughout the year. • Lot 1 ATU Galway City, Connemara and Mayo Campus – Photography and Framing Services • Lot 2 ATU Sligo/*ATU St Angelas – Photography and Framing Services • Lot 3 ATU Donegal - Photography and Framing Services Tenderers can apply for one or all of the lots. The Contracting Authority is employing the single stage competitive procedure with negotiation for this procurement given the complexity and risk associated with the procurement in accordance with Art. 26 of Directive 2014/24/EU.
