The University of the West of Scotland (UWS) are seeking to appoint a supplier(s) for Cleaning Services at Student Residences based at Paisley and Ayr campuses. Lot 1: Cleaning Services at Student Residences – Lot 1 Ayr The University invites tenderers to submit an offer for the Provision of Cleaning Services at Student Residences through Public Contracts Scotland Tender (PCSt). The appointed service provider(s) will be responsible for managing and delivering the specified services in a flexible and responsive way. Services required will include - Deep Cleaning - Summer Housekeeping Sparkle style cleaning - Sparkle style cleaning every 3 days - Emergency cleaning when required. - Bed making, including stripping and making of beds.
