E21 Ground and construction work, HVAC and sanitation

Description

Ålesund Municipality has been orderers by the Norwegian Food Safety Authority to establish an alternative water supply. A preliminary project has been carried out, and a decision has been made to establish a treatment plant in Fremmerholen and a raw water pump station at the west end of Brusdalsvatnet. The project also includes a transport system (intake pipelines and transfer pipelines). Contract E21 is the first contract in the project. The builder will enter into a contract with a contractor for ground and construction work and HVAC and sanitation. The contractor will be the main contractor. Contract E21 is a main contract with options to transfer to technical contracts. The main contractor can be responsible for the progress, coordination, and finances for the transferred joint contracts. Lot 1: Contract E21 comprises: - Ground work including refilling, road work/external place, foundation soil, alterations to and new water and sewage installations in the ground on the site, cable ditches, green installations, natural stone walls, fence and gates, etc. - Concrete work, prefabricated concrete elements, masonry, plastering, and tiling work, joinery and carpentry work, doors and windows, mountings work, steel and metal work, painting work, insulation and roofing work, flashing and guttering work, fixtures equipment, lifting equipment - HVAC and sanitation - Construction work for E41 and E61. Nozzles in filter bottom are also included in E21. E61 deliveries concreting-in parts that are to be casted into the walls. - E21 will also deliver the barracks for use by the other contractors except E71, which will have its own rigging. The builder will enter into a contract that builds on the contract standard NS 8405:2008 'Norwegian building and construction contract' for the execution phase.
