COT173 Offsite Records Storage Framework

Description

HIE requires a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to provide the following services for records: storage, retrieval and delivery from storage; uplift from user sites, scanning of files, secure disposal and supply of ancillary items e.g. archive boxes etc. Lot 1: This Framework is being procured for Highlands and Islands Enterprise (HIE) and on behalf of Crofting Commission (CC), The University of the Highlands and Islands (UHI) as well as any other Contracting Authority wholly or partly under the control of, or funded by HIE, at any point during the term of this Framework (subject to case-by-case approval by HIE). The 3-year budget currently available to deliver this service is between GBP 118,350 excluding VAT), including the the potential transition costs at the beginning of the framework. It is expected that these services will be required from 9 February 2026 (if no change of supplier) or on 19 January 2026 (if a change of supplier and so transition of records is required to commence) for an initial period of 3 years, unless terminated in accordance with the provisions of the Framework agreement, with HIE having the option to extend for a period or periods together not exceeding 1 year following the Initial Term.
