Library RFID Kiosks Support & Maintenance

Description

Support and maintenance services for the Authority's existing RFID library hardware solutions. The services include, but not limited to: Supply and installation of RFID equipment for library operations; Preventative and corrective maintenance of RFID equipment; Fault diagnosis, reporting, and resolution; Firmware and software updates relevant to the RFID hardware Technical support Advice and assistance to ensure the continued effective operation of the RFID solution within library environments The Services shall support the ongoing operation of RFID self-service kiosks and any associated RFID infrastructure across the Authority's service.
