The scope of this tender is to review proposals for the Provision of the full refurbishment of 48 Glazier Road. The area in scope of this contract is located at 48 Glazier Road, Glazier Road, Keir Hardie Estate, Merthyr Tydfil, CF47 0SR and other areas of Merthyr Tydfil as outlined in the tender documents. Merthyr Valleys Homes is looking to commence works with the appointed Contractor from July 2023 The Length of the Contract is to be completed by no later than 4th september 2023 Pricing will be Fixed for the duration of the contract.
