Hearing aid support services across Somerset Care Homes Lot 1: The provision of hearing aid support services across Somerset Care Homes:<br/>To provide a high quality accessible NHS hearing aid aftercare to care home residents, their visitors and staff.<br/>To enable support for continued hearing aid use.<br/>To provide hearing screening checks for people with undiagnosed hearing loss.<br/>To provide information on hearing loss and the effects of hearing loss.<br/>To support communication needs by providing timely signposting to support/rehabilitation services and groups.<br/>To support care home staff to help their residents with their hearing loss.;<br/><br/>This notice is an intention to award a contract under the most suitable provider process. The approximate life time value of the contract is £46,000.00<br/><br/>This is a new service with a new provider.<br/><br/>The service will be delivered for a period of 12 months from 13 Jan 2025.
