Description

To provide security services to Walsall College, West Midlands Lot 1: Walsall College is a state-of-the-art Further and Higher Education College in the West Midlands, providing Education for students ranging from 16-18 years old to older mature students. Students are multi-cultural. The Walsall College estate comprises 32,933 m2 of teaching and support space over 6 main campuses, all of which are located in the Borough, close to Walsall Town Centre. The College is seeking a contractor to provide security services at its campuses in the West Midlands. Security at the College includes both manned security and reception services during the working day, complemented by patrols at night, weekends and during holiday periods. In addition, the security contractor is responsible for opening up and locking up of the College buildings and an ‘out of hours’ alarm response service, together with other support duties as specified in the Tender specification.
