Lee Valley Regional Park Authority has a requirement for a new play area at Lee Valley Caravan Park (Dobbs Weir), Charlton Meadows, Essex Road, Hoddesdon, EN11 0AS. The play area will incorporate swings and activities for children up to the age of 12, as well as children with additional needs.
