The contract supports delivery of the Warm Homes Network (WHN) programme, a collaborative initiative designed to support customers in vulnerable situations and improve carbon monoxide safety outcomes. The supplier will act as the lead delivery partner for energy efficiency advice and support services across participating networks. Services include: Delivery of tailored energy efficiency advice and assessments. Identification of suitable energy-saving interventions. Referrals into other Warm Homes Network support services where additional needs are identified. Support for vulnerable customers requiring assisted onboarding. Provision of carbon monoxide awareness and Priority Services Register information. Performance reporting, case studies and programme impact reporting. ## Contract award
