Description

The aim of the procurement is to procure diathermy apparatuses for central operation and day surgery, diathermy apparatuses for outpatients clinics, smoke evacuator, trolleys, and equipment-dependent consumables for Stavanger Hospital Trust. The diathermy apparatuses must be delivered with monopoly and bipolar double pedals. A framework agreement will be signed for the procurement of equipment and an accompanying framework agreement for equipment-dependent consumables with one tenderer. The framework agreement for equipment will apply for 2 years. After that the contracting authority can extend the contract for up to 1 year at a time. The total maximum contract period is four years. The framework agreement for equipment will include equipment-dependent options that will be valid for as long as the equipment is in use at the contracting authority. The framework agreement for equipment-dependent consumables will have a duration for as long as the equipment procured under the framework agreement for equipment is in use by the contracting authority. Lot 1: The aim of the procurement is to procure diathermy apparatuses for central operation and day surgery, diathermy apparatuses for outpatients clinics, smoke evacuator, trolleys, and equipment-dependent consumables for Stavanger Hospital Trust. The diathermy apparatuses must be delivered with monopoly and bipolar double pedals. An option is also to be offered for service, cf. Annex 5 - Overview of Service Levels. and Service Course for 2-3 Persons. An option is also wanted for relevant wearing parts/spare parts, adapters, and loan equipment if relevant. The options will be valid as long as the equipment is in use at the contracting authority. Alternative models can be offered for diathermy apparatuses and accessories offered as the main product, as long as all of the relevant minimum requirements are fulfilled. However, these will not be included in the tender evaluation. The scope of the framework agreement for equipment for the contract period is estimated to be approx. 40 diathermy apparatuses for central operation and day surgery, approx. 30 diathermy apparatuses for outpatients clinics, approx. 40 smoke evacuators, and approx. 40 trolleys. The scope of the framework agreement for equipment-dependent consumables is estimated to be 2000 hours of use a year for filters for smoke evacuation. We would like an option for this framework agreement for fluid collectors (disposable), the scope here is estimated to 2000 a year. The contracting authority reserves the right to announce fluid collectors as a separate contest if the fluid collectors are not equipment-dependent, and/or the price is not competitive. The stated scope is an estimate for information to tenderers, and is not binding for the future contract volume. The maximum scope is the estimated scope + 50% for both framework agreements. It must be possible to use the equipment for central operation and day surgery in all types of operations where conventional diathermy apparatuses are used. In the different outpatients clinics, the equipment will be used for minor surgery. Some of the equipment at the current Stavanger University Hospital at Våland will be replaced, the rest will be procured for the new hospital (New SUS) that is under construction at Ullandhaug. The new hospital will have a central smoke evacuator in the central operation, and most of the apparatuses will be located here in the outlet centre. See Annex 2 - Requirements Specification and Annex 1 - Price Sheet for further details. The stated total value of the procurement is the total value of both the framework agreement for equipment purchases and the framework agreement for equipment-dependent consumables, including all options. The value is based on the estimated number stated in the tender documentation and applies for the entire contract period. The maximum value is the estimated value + 50%.
