Description

Framework agreement for maintenance and repair of VP, AC, ventilation with heat exchange, ice water system and waterborne heating. Lot 1: Preventive maintenance is quoted at a fixed price excluding replacement parts, and redress maintenance is ordered in accordance with the preventive maintenance report. Hourly rates are quoted for preventive maintenance during and outside normal working hours. Inspection in accordance with the attached overview. It is being prepared for summer and winter operation. The ventilation systems are installed in offices, switchboard rooms, control rooms, process plants, warehouses, workshops, garages and pump stations. Report to be submitted to FREVAR KF after inspection. The report must include faults, deficiencies and wear and tear of the systems, and suggestions for improvements will be priced. A list of systems is attached to the tender documentation.
