SOW - Programme Delivery Framework - NRS Delivery Phase 2

Description

Provision of portfolio management and transformation support services to establish an integrated portfolio management capability across NRS. The scope includes implementing governance and assurance frameworks, portfolio benchmarking, whole-life cost modelling, benefits realisation tracking, PMO maturity assessments, cost and risk control arrangements, procurement and project delivery standards, lessons learned processes, and integration with organisational controls. The services will enhance investment decision-making, strengthen portfolio governance and compliance, improve consistency across sites, increase portfolio visibility and reporting maturity, and support the effective delivery and realisation of benefits across the NRS Portfolio.
