Description

The proposed development at Flemington Road comprises a modern business unit facility designed to provide flexible commercial accommodation for small to medium-sized enterprises. The units will offer high-quality industrial, storage, workshop, and business space with associated parking, servicing, and external yard areas. The development aims to support local economic growth by providing modern, energy-efficient premises suitable for a range of business uses and employment opportunities within the area. Lot 1: Fife Council intends to tender the design, supply, fabrication and installation of structural steelwork and cladding for an upcoming construction project. The Contracting Authority is undertaking preliminary market engagement to inform the procurement strategy for structural steelwork and external cladding works. Completion of this RFI is voluntary and does not form part of any tender evaluation. All responses will be treated confidentially and used solely to refine the procurement approach. The purpose of this PIN is to inform the market and gather supplier capability information before issuing the Contract Notice.
