Objective and scope of the procurement NMBU [the Norwegian University of Life Sciences] shall procure a 3 axis water torch that enables processing of a larger range of materials that shall generate a considerable increase in capacity. A water torch shall also increase the efficiency for many of the workshop's tasks. The estimated contract value is NOK 1.5 million excluding VAT.
