daa plc. are looking for new Fast Track on Demand Machines to promote Fast Track on the day of travel to replace current hardware that have a more engaging interface, look and feel to drive additional Fast Track sales. Commercial currently have seven Fast Track on Demand (FTOD) machines located landside in Terminals 1 and 2. Combined they see around 30,000 users annually. The Objective is to provide a visual, engaging way for customers to buy Fast Track on the spot that is seamless and intuitive, with quick fulfilment. This needs to be new interactive kiosks with larger screens and interface for customers to order with capability to print QR codes access mechanism, format to stay as is to not impact security access or billing. 4 to 5 new kiosks are required at key positions including the entrance portals to Fast Track in T1 and T2. High Level Requirements: Supplier should be able to provide an end-to-end solution including hardware, install, maintenance, software, UI interface, back-end portal for configuration and integration with daa's PSP. Hardware • Self-service kiosks with large, interactive screens • Built in printers to support printing of payment receipts and custom receipts (QR codes as access mechanism) • Integration with payment terminal / payment hardware • Suitable for a mix of locations throughout the Airport Terminals. Technical requirements • End-to-end solution for the kiosk including, but not limited to, hardware, software, UI, cabling and comms, maintenance. • Payment integration with daa’s Payment Service Provider (PSP) via API • Provider needs to have an API endpoint for payments available • daa should be able to configure what products are available on what kiosk, including product names, product images and price. • daa should be able to configure parts of the UI such as brand imagery and colours, fonts • Shall provide reporting, analytics and monitoring (sales data, uptime, error alerts) via an online portal • Capability to support 3rd party software and User Interface, to allow for the option to have daa to build our own UI in the future • System should have the capability to integrate with daa systems via API for pricing and availability checks in the future We are looking to have the new kiosks live in December 2025. daa plc. are looking for new Fast Track on Demand Machines to promote Fast Track on the day of travel to replace current hardware that have a more engaging interface, look and feel to drive additional Fast Track sales.
