Preliminary Market Consultation - The Provision of Datastream Services

Description

The Secretariat to the Climate Change Advisory Council regularly requires access to timeseries data on a range of topics and metrics relevant to each sector of the economy covered in its Annual Review process along with comparable metrics across the EU and internationally. Each year the Council reviews Ireland’s performance during the immediately preceding year with regard to achieving the country’s national climate aims through climate change adaptation and mitigation, and to complying with EU and international obligations related to climate action. The Council also carries out discrete analysis and research in relation to this. The Contracting Authority is carrying out this preliminary market consultation to obtain market information on the provision of datastream services to meet its monitoring, analysis and research needs.
