The engagement of consultancy services to act as the employers representative for ten group water schemes in the Mayo Design, Build and Operate bundle contract No.2 for the remaining contract duration periods. In addition, acting as employers representative on behalf of the employers to negotiate and agree proposed contract variations with the contractor in relation to the design and construction of three significant water treatment plant upgrades.
