The aim of this competition is to enter into a contract with one tenderer. Background for the procurement: In the proposition to the City Council case 131/18 (1.11.2018), the City Council decided to start the work with the ‘extension and Increased capacity’ at Emblem School Commencement in 2019 and completion of the first construction stage in 2021. It is desirable Estimate of the investment requirement is 105 000 000 NOK (gross investment). The long-term budget includes the 2nd construction stage in the period 2024 — 2025. The second construction stage will be subject to planning in the construction programme and the draft project. ÅKE thus invites tenderers to a competition for the ‘Project management for the renovation and/or the construction works for Emblem School’. The work will consist of project management and the delivery of a function and room programme, up to and including the preliminary project.
