Royal Free London North Mid Site have entered into a 5 year platinum plus maintenance contract with MIS via NHSSC Framework Ref: 2021/S 000-021535 for 8x Samsung Imaging Equipment to provide service and support during normal working hours 08:30 to 17:00 from Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays (unless specifically agreed between MIS Healthcare and the CUSTOMER). To provide all routine maintenance at agreed time periods and breakdown calls to the system and scope of works includes replacement of all spare parts including probes, cables and strain reliefs which fail due to normal wear and tear during the term.
