Procurement of n. 12 000 windbreakers. The measurements shown refer to a garment of size 50/R (male version). II.1 Jacket is made up of: — a lapel, — three carrés, — one behind, — two in front, — two sleeves with cuff, — two chest pockets, — two flap pockets, — two shoulder straps, — a hood, — an internal hood pocket. II.1.1 Bavero: consists of four stretches of fabric forming an upper and an undercarriage. Between which a light layer of wadding is inserted. The upper deck must be made in two pieces, the first (schooner) about 33 mm high. starting from Neck joint seam; the upper part (sail) must be of a size useful to completion of the height of the neck along the entire perimeter. The seam of the two parts must be made by providing that the sail surmounts the schooner. The two parts are joined together with stitching internal and perimeter riveting on the shore. A fabric strip is inserted in the seam of the sail assembly with the schooner on the upper deck base about 35 mm high, left free below where it ended with a hem of about 5 mm in which is inserted a tubular webbing equipped with small weights. Below, in the center of this list, a section of fabric assembled on the reverse of about 20x90 mm is sewn, bearing the male parts and female of a snap button which, joined together, allow the attachment of a placed eyelet on the inner quilt, for its application.
