Description

Oslo municipality needs to procure a joint ICT tool to support work on quality assurance and internal control. The tool shall cover handling deviations, document management, risk and vulnerability analyses, annual wheel (activity planning) and mobility. The first sector that shall use the system will be elderly persons, health and social services (EHS). The EHS sector is responsible for following-up service development and the operation of health and welfare services, care of elderly persons, initiatives for persons with reduced abilities, preventive children and youth work and child protection, social services and drug and alcohol welfare. The sector has approx. 38 000 employees divided between 15 town districts and 4 departments. Other town council departments, with underlying departments, will be dealt with by options in the contract, which can be taken up at a later date.
