Description

The main purpose of the procurement is to procure a cross-sectoral joint system for resource management of employees in the cooperation that covers the current and future functional and technical needs for the municipalities. Objective: • Get large-scale advantages by implementing a joint system and work processes across the municipalities and sectors in the cooperation • An open and secure system that is seamlessly integrated with the ERP system and other identified trade systems • Increased data quality • Automated manual work tasks across sectors • Have a graphical interface that appears user-friendly and intuitive (low number of displays and clicks) The contracting authority is IKT Agder IKS with Arendal, Froland, Gjerstad, Grimstad, Risør, Tvedestrand, Vegårshei, Åmli and Vennesla Municipalities.
