Dynamic purchasing system - Respite Care Services

Nordre Follo kommune [Nordre Follo Municipality] is establishing a dynamic purchasing system for respite care services outside of the home for children and adults who are deemed to need this. Please note that the procurements follow Part IV of the regulation (Procurement of Health and social services), but are announced a a Part III procurement due to practical reasons, as the forms in Doffin/Mercell do not support announcing dynamic purchasing systems for Part IV. Lot 1: The users can have different degrees of disability, different developmental disorders, for example, such as autism spectrum, psychiatric and/or somatic health challenges, as well as a combination of these. The users can also be hearing impaired, deaf-blind and have a need for a special communication environment. Respite is primarily a service for parents with particularly burdensome care tasks. The main goal is that a respite offer should safeguard the safety, stability and predictability for users and their parents. The service will provide respite in order to reduce fatigue and facilitate for the parents being able to continue carrying out their particular care assignments. Respite should make it possible to maintain good family relationships and preserve the social network. The service will give parents the necessary holiday and leisure time with the possibility of participating in regular activities. Please note that the procurements are in accordance with Part IV of the regulation (Procurement of Health and social services), but is announced as a Part III procurement for practical reasons, as the screens in Doffin/Mercell do not support the notice of dynamic purchasing systems for Part IV.dynamic purchasing system for Part IV of the regulations.
