Woodard Academies Trust - Cleaning Services

Description

Woodard Academies Trust is currently out to tender for the provision of a full daily cleaning service. The Trust has six schools within it of which five are included in this tender process. The procurement has been split into Lots to maximise flexibility particularly in light of the wide geographic spread of the school locations.The contract is being offered for a 3 years with the option to extend for a further two periods of 12 months. The contract commencement date is 1 September 2021. The contract is for a full daily cleaning service during during term time and periodic cleaning outside of term time. A day janitor service is also required on some sites.TUPE is expected to apply, details of which can be found in the tender documentation. Some staff are members of the Local Government Pension Scheme. Lot 1: Kings Priory School Kings Priory School are currently out to tender for the provision of a full daily cleaning service including a daytime janitor service. The contract is for a full daily cleaning service during during term time and periodic cleaning outside of term time. TUPE is expected to apply, details of which can be found in the tender documentation. In addition, there is one operative who is eligible to join the Local Government Pension Scheme although they are not currently a member. Additional information: The duration detailed above includes the initial term of three years as well as the two optional contract extension periods of 12 months each. Lot 2: Polam Hall School Polam Hall School are currently out to tender for the provision of a full daily cleaning service. The contract is for a full daily cleaning service during during term time and periodic cleaning outside of term time. TUPE is expected to apply, details of which can be found in the tender documentation. In addition, operatives are in the Durham County Council Local Government Pension Scheme. Additional information: The duration detailed above includes the initial term of three years as well as the two optional contract extension periods of 12 months each. Lot 3: St Augustine Academy St Augustine Academy is currently out to tender for the provision of a full daily cleaning service. The contract is for a full daily cleaning service during during term time and periodic cleaning outside of term time. The contract is for a full daily cleaning service during during term time and periodic cleaning outside of term time.
