Equipment Delivery Service

Description

This service provides the delivery, installation and fitting of community care equipment on behalf of Cumberland Council's Community Equipment Service (CES). It supports people with long-term conditions, disabilities, or care needs by ensuring essential equipment, such as beds, hoists, mattresses, seating and daily living aids, is supplied and installed safely and promptly in their homes, helping them remain independent and improving their health and wellbeing. The service also helps CES manage demand and reduce delays in equipment provision across Cumberland. Total contract value will be £100,000 for the duration of the agreement from 1st July 2026 to 30th June 2028. There is an optional up to 12 month extension available. ## Contract award
