Provision of Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) System

Description

Warwickshire Police has a requirement for a Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) System to support the effective management and maintenance of Estates assets. We are looking for a system that can achieve the following: o Provide rapid (real-time) processing of information and maintenance tasks; o Improve effectiveness, efficiency and control of assets; o Support cost control and achieving value for money; o Provide accurate and easily accessible reporting; o Provide full accountability and auditability; o Support in achieving our sustainability goal. Please see the procurement documents for a full list of requirements. The contract shall be for an initial period of 2 year(s) with an option to extend for up to 2 x 12 month extensions.
