Further construction work to extend existing skatepark. This would will include the contractor design and construction of additional area and features to existing stake park to the approval of the Council. Lot 1: Direct award to Maverick Industries Limited for further construction work to extend existing skatepark which was designed and constructed by Maverick Industries Limited. Additional information: Direct award on the grounds that: a. Maverick Industries Limited as previous designer has intimate knowledge and awareness as to the current structure both in overall design and how this could interface with any extension to that structure as well as the build and integrity of the stake park b. Considerations on insurance cover and satisfying necessary risk assessments for the works
