Description

For the supply and support of an IT system that will manage the Authority's Traffic Regulation Orders (TRO) allowing the Authority to draft, consult, make, display for the public and record TROs. The proposed system will comply with the Department For Transport's (DfT) requirement for highway authorities to make only Digital TROs (D-TRO) from 2025 and digitise legacy TROs by a later date to be determined by the Department. To have a suitable and sufficient Traffic regulation order management system to handle and manage the volume and delivery on the full requirements of the specification.
