A detailed feasibility study (RIBA 0-1) to determine the cost, scope, programme and a specification of works, identifying the most effective and value for money solution, for the following 4 options:\r \r \r 1. GMH - Use of the existing (potentially identified 1st and 2nd floor) building for the monitoring services, server in a modular building/external building. \r 2. GMH - New build in the carpark/i-care building\r 3. GMH - Full modular building to house all services and the server in the carpark/i-care building\r 4.
