Provision of MICE [Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions Tourism] Event Specialist Services in the French Market for Tourism Ireland

Tourism Ireland requires the services of a MICE Event Specialist for the provision of project management, research and recruitment for B2B platforms in the French market. The supplier will be required to organise and deliver the following activities in the French market, the list is not exhaustive: • Live events • Virtual events including sourcing suitable platforms • Technical Support for all events i.e. live and virtual • Lead generation • Issuing invites and follow up surveys • Research suitable venues • Send a quarterly newsletter provided by Tourism Ireland to a qualified MICE database Tourism Ireland’s detailed requirements are set out in the Specification attached at Schedule 1 of the Instruction Document. The contract term will be for up to 5 years, subject to satisfactory performance, budget, and other factors.
