TR4593 - FLEXIBILITY MARKET SYSTEM (FMS) – SUPPLY, IMPLEMENTATION AND SUPPORT

Description

The Contracting Entity intends to procure a Supply, Implement and Support contract for the provision of a cloud-based Flexibility Market System that will provide an independent and trusted critical operational service, which should be available 24 - 7 and fully integrate across multiple systems to manage the contracts and assets present in the flexibility market. The contract will initially be for a three-year term, with provision to extend by a further two years. It is envisaged this new FMS will incorporate a flexibility auction management capability to provide a platform available for all flexibility service providers, once qualified, to bid in for long term auctions (the auctions will run at varying frequencies for various locations). The FMS will be scalable and configurable to help address all challenges (including but not limited to increased numbers of contracts, new flexibility products, new flexibility market rules and settlement calculations).
