Mechanical and Electrical Services

Description

The Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) services contract will provide a range of planned preventive maintenance and reactive M&E services for all installed plant and equipment, such as mechanical and electrical systems, BMS, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection systems, lift maintenance, associated risk assessments and remedial works. The contract will also include planned capital maintenance and improvement works. Lot 1: The Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) services contract will provide a range of planned preventive maintenance and reactive M&E services for all installed plant and equipment, such as mechanical and electrical systems, BMS, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection systems, lift maintenance, associated risk assessments and remedial works. The contract will also include planned capital maintenance and improvement works. The contract will be for an initial period of 3.5 years, with the option to extend for a further 2 years (1+1 year) giving a total potential contract duration of 5.5 years.
