Renovation and Extension works for a person(s) with a disability, in both Occupied and Empty Domestic Premises across the Bradford District

Before publishing the tender documents and inviting Contractors to submit tender responses, the Council is considering hosting a pre-market engagement event. The objective of the event is to: • Meet the Council’s Contract Manager(s) who will provide additional information around the works required under the Framework Agreement and how it will operate. • Provide support in relation to the requirements under the New Procurement Act and give an overview of the Councils new tendering documents. • Provide an opportunity for potential bidders to ask questions regarding any of the above. The event can either be held on-line using Microsoft Teams or in person at a Bradford City Centre Location. The times the event can be held are in the morning between 10.00 – 11.00, in the afternoon between 2.00 – 3.00 or in the evening between 6.00 – 7.00. There is also the option for more than one event to be arranged.
