o identify, analise and carry out rectification damp and mould related solutions across a GSA group wide portfolio of 24000 properties. Scope of works will focus on surveying the cause, signs and treatment of the following topics: Rising Damp. Penetrating Damp. Condensation Control and Treatments. Data Logging and Reporting. Mechanical Ventilation / PIV's & MHVR's Passive Ventilation. Chemical Damp. Penetrating Leaks and Water Ingress or Leaks from Poor Plumbing. Damp and Mould resulting from Drying Materials. Removal and Replacement of Cavity Wall Insulation Removal and Replacement of loft insulation Surveys and reports for damp and CWI
