The contracting authority is the Cathedral Schools Trust in Bristol on behalf of Trinity Academy — a new school and building is underway The Academy is looking for curtains, lighting equipment and other audio visual equipment for the following spaces as part of the new building furnish: (a) main hall/performance space; (b) drama studio; (c) activity studio; (d) dining area; (e) music practice rooms. The Invitation to tender will be for the technical design, supply and installation of curtains and tracks, lighting, sound, and audio visual equipment including recording equipment in compliance with all relevant regulatory and legislative requirements. The items required include but are not limited to the following: (a) speakers: (b) amplifiers and digital mixing desk; (c) microphone package (wired and radio); (d) playback system; (e) audio recording; (f) LED lights; (g) automated lights; (h) dimmer switches; (i) lighting control desks; (j) curtains and tracks.
