Capsuletech interface system for the health trusts in the Western Norway Regional Health Authority

Description

The Western Norway Regional Health Authority ICT intends to enter into a contract with Vingmed AS for the procurement of Capsuletech interface system. The system will be used for interfacing of medical technical equipment (MU) with Meona and Icca curve system. The equipment concerns server based software, as well as interface boxes with and without display for connecting to MU, that will be used together with existing infrastructure for interfacing with MU. The contracting authority intends to enter into a contract on 07.03.2023. Lot 1: Framework agreement for the procurement of equipment for interfacing of MU with Meona and Icca curve system, as well as a maintenance contract for the equipment in question. The equipment concerns server based software (SW), as well as interface boxes with and without display for connecting to MU. The contracting authority would like to continue the existing Capsuletech Interface system. The procurement will include the procurement and/or maintenance of the following equipment and licences (including associated software): - Smartlinx Neuron 3 with 4S2U. - Philips Axon 410, 4 MTU-ports. - Philips Axon 810, 8 MTU-ports. - Serial cable, generic. - Device ID-module. - Barcode reader for Neuron 3 - Smartcard reader for Neuron 3 - SmartLinx Neuron 2 - Internal Battery. - SmartLinx Neuron 3 - Internal Battery. - Licences -- Smartlinx fixed multi-licence/bed -- Smartlinx fixed individual licence/connected to MTU -- Smartlinx mobile licence/Axon, Neuron, or client - Annual maintenance fee - Maintenance of products procured in a previous contract (cf. contract no. 200922, reference no. 2016/412). The contracting authority intends to enter into a contract on 07.03.2023.
