Mountshannon Community Hall, Extension, Renovations including Roof Replacement and Demolition Works

Description

Replacement of the roof on the Existing Hall. Demolition of 1990's Kitchen Extension on the East elevation and demolition of two 1960's Extensions on the West elevation. Stage extension to be constructed on the North elevation to include stage area, dressing rooms, shower and toilet facilities. New block to be constructed on the East Elevation to include toilets, changing rooms and storage areas. New Foyer entrance to be constructed on the West elevation to the right in place of the demolished toilet block. Key development deadlines: Roof replacement works to be completed by 15th March 2027. Overall Project to be completed by 31st October 2027.
