Procurement of a framework agreement for welfare technology and patient signalling system for Sortland Municipality.

Description

Sortland Municipality - Health and Care hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to participate in an open tender contest for a framework agreement with a tenderer for the procurement of future-oriented and modern technological welfare patient signalling systems and sensors to the contracting authority's health and welfare services and institutions. The contracting authority would like to enter into a contract with one tenderer. The contract duration will be four years from 01.01.2022. The contracting authority will have an option to extend the contract on verbatim terms for one year + one year. Option to extend automatically for one year if the tenderer does not receive written notice on the contract. The contract can have a maximum duration of six years. Lot 1: Procurement of a patient signalling system will contribute to creating a safe and efficient work day, as well as improve the quality of the services for residents and employees. The municipality would like to procure a technological welfare platform to support service production across the health and care services. The technological welfare platform will first support services in institutions. Digital patient signalling system together with sensor technology will be a future-oriented patient signalling system, and must be able to integrate with the contracting authority's EPR system, which is currently Dips CosDoc and the possibility of integration with other systems through the use of APIs that follow recommended international standards.
