Assistant - compulsory coverage of chattels

Politiets Fellestjenester (PFT), hereafter called the contracting authority, would like, on behalf of the enforcement authorities in the police, to enter into contracts with suppliers of assistants for compulsory coverage of chattels in accordance with the Enforcement Act (hereafter EA), chapters 8 and 9, sale after departure in accordance with the EA, section 13-11, fourth paragraph, and the sale of confiscated chattels in accordance with the Criminal Code. The assignment includes seeking out chattels, compulsory sale, and other sale of chattels, and valuations for returning chattels to a holder of a vendor's fixed charge in accordance with assignments from the Enforcement Officer. A more detailed description on who the contract applies to, including who is considered the Contracting Authority in relation to the contract, is given in Appendix 4 to the contract. Lot 1: Assistant - compulsory coverage of chattels Contracts will be signed with suppliers of assistants for compulsory coverage of chattels in accordance with the EA, chapters 8 and 9, sale after departure in accordance with the EA, section 13-11, fourth paragraph, and the sale of confiscated chattels in accordance with the Criminal Code. The assignment includes seeking out chattels, compulsory sale, and other sale of chattels, and valuations for returning chattels to a holder of a vendor's fixed charge in accordance with assignments from the Enforcement Officer. There are 35 sub-contracts split according to geographical areas. The size of each sub-area is given in the Contest Rules.
