IADT Fibre Cabling Tender 2018

Description

IADT, requires additional fibre multimode 48 core and single fibre 24 core cabling between its two main data centres (Atrium & Carriglea). The fibre cable must of latest standard OM5 for the multimode fibre and the single mode must be OS2. The route for this cabling has been identified and all external ducting is in place. Internal routes have also identified and follow the current path of IADT fibre. All fibres would be terminated LC fibre optic patch panels in both locations. All links are to tested, label and commission and testing documentation to be made available to IADT. Any wall/building penetrations to be fire sealed and certified. As part of this tender IADT also wish to reterminate 60 pairs of ST fibre connections to LC connection (each end) in a number of our comms and data centres. All work can occur during the normal business day up until 10th September 2018 and it is expected that all work will be completed by this date.
