Project new Marking Register (Aegir)

Description

The Danish Maritime Authority intends to enter into a contract with Teledyne CARIS for the establishment of a new solution for the Danish Maritime Authority's marking register. It is critical software that contains the Danish Maritime Authority's total data on floating and permanent markings under the auspices of DK. A total of about 9000 records. The markup system is today located as an Oracle database with a customized user interface. Lot 1: The contract covers the establishment of a new marking register incl. licenses, software, data sharing, operating costs and integration with Niord. General functionality: 1. The register must contain all markings in Denmark as well as lighthouses and beacons ind Greenland and lighthouses in the Faroe Islands. 2. Data en the register must be able to be exported to other systems (ArcGIS etc.) 3. In the long term, is must also be possible to exchange data with GST (the Danish Geodata Agency). 4. It must be possible to register operation-related data for locations and components. 5. The register must have storage and component management. 6. It must be possible to easily generate reports (stock, change/ supervision lists and promissory notes) in XLSX, PDF and preferably GPX format. 7. Search functions for different parameters must be available. 8. The register must be able to handle operating hours. 9. The register must be accesible on and offline. 10. It must be possible to separate state marking from private, municipal and contract marking. 11. It must be possible to acces historical data. 12. The register must be able to handle user rights and roles, as well as other rights to create user components etc. 13. The user interface must be easy, efficient and intuitive to support the employee in their work, preferably with a graphical user interface. 14. The register must contain recommendations for the individual marking station. 15. In the case of experiments with markings, this must be clearly shown (red bagground). 16. Maintenance data - Process: Component are procured / maintained at the operations center and subsequently prepared and moved to vessels /guard stations. An Interfaces - integrations with other systems. The Danish Maritime Authority would like to hear from Suppliers who can solve the above task within the specified financial framework. In the event that the Danish Maritime Authority has not received inquiries within 10 days, the Danish Maritime Authority will enter into a contract for Project new Marking Register with Teledyne CARIS.
