Provision of Graphic Design and Layout Services for the European Environment Agency

Framework service contracts with service providers in the area of graphic design and layout services. The call for tender is split into 2 (two) lots: Lot 1: graphic design services; Lot 2: layout services. This lot covers services in the layout of EEA products based on existing content and design guidelines. The contractor must be able to lay out products in Adobe InDesign and produce graphical elements in Adobe Illustrator, in accordance with both EEA corporate style guidelines and standard templates. The contractor must work in the versions of these programs used by the EEA and upgrade to new versions according to future EEA requirements. The EEA will require layout of publications in various languages. This lot covers services in the area of graphic design of EEA products based on corporate design guidelines. Services may be required for the development of designs for new products, or for existing products for which content is already produced. The contractor must be able to carry out all technical tasks related to graphic design, such as research into and analysis of design projects, development of conceptual design proposals and creative ideas, development and layout of final products, based on existing content and design guidelines, provision of access to photographs and images, for example via image banks, if and when required, etc.
